About the Role
Join our core systems engineering division. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design microservices architecture, optimize complex database operations, and build secure API architectures for our mobile and web applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable web services and systems using PHP 8.2 and Laravel.
- Optimize heavy MySQL databases, write secure indexes, and handle caching strategies via Redis.
- Build clean, secure RESTful APIs and integrate external financial systems.
- Design background jobs, event loops, and queues to process async requests.
Required Skills
- Strong competency in PHP, Laravel framework, OOP paradigms, and Design Patterns.
- Experience scaling databases, writing complex SQL queries, and configuring caching systems.
- Familiarity with AWS, Docker containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar.
- 4-6 years of experience developing clean backend systems.
